Bought Turningtumble in December 2018 for my 7 year old grandson and he loves it. Recently the left (Blue) ball release does not fit properly and won’t turn to release balls. Any suggestions for repair appreciated. Is it possible to purchase replacement parts?
Did you inspect the back of the board? Does the blue mechanism match the red one? Is the movement identical when you press the red and the blue levers? Are all the blue connections secure? Is the connecting rod for the blue side connected at both ends? That’s all I can think of.
