Green ramp doesn't roll back

Hi,

The green ramp of our Turing Tumble often does not roll back after a ball passing it, which makes even the easiest system not working. Does any one have the same problem and could kindly offer me a solution for this? Thank you!

Just to make sure - did you put the tiny marbles into the green ramp pieces to act as counterweights?

I think that you didn’t put there the silver marbles.
