Grey marbles falling from their socket

Hi everyone. Very simple problem: when I run any of the “missions”, the vibrations created by the blue marbles falling down the board leads to the grey marbles in the green pieces being ejected from their sockets and falling down the board / springing out of the board entirely, hence creating chaos. Did I insert the grey marbles the wrong way? What am I doing wrong?
I’d like to fix this asap before my kids get bored of the whole game because it’s “not working”.

Thanks everyone for your help
Matthieu

Typically, the silver balls (grey marbles) are retained strongly by the green pieces. Did you insert them so they sit in the middle of their green tubes? They must be pressed hard to get there.

Thanks Bob for taking the time to answer. In the meantime, I realized exactly what you were saying, ie the marbles both in the green pieces and also the blue and red in the two pieces in the bottom of the board need to be firmly pushed and inserted into the piece so they stay there
