Perhaps a hints and tips section could be added before the solutions? These could help by suggesting a solution strategy or explaining an idea, allowing a puzzle to be attempted before resorting to a full solution.

@Litmus We actually do have this in our Educator Guide. It is free for download here: https://edu.turingtumble.com/. You will need to cover up the solutions on the top of the page, but the tips and tricks below are really useful.
