Issues with fine motor control?

Hi there,

My dad due to hand surgery doesn’t have the best of fine motor control. The https://tbgd.blog/2019/01/13/turing-tumble/ review stated:

Handling the marbles is not the easiest, especially for someone with ‘regular sized’ fingers. I imagine it would be much easier done for children, but it feels like the tray could have been differently designed to make the marbles easier to retrieve and load, or maybe a tool provided (scoop, tweezers ,etc) to grab them with.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

I use a drugstore tweezers and cover the tips with Nexcare Absolute Waterproof Tape (I think that’s the name). It’s spongy. I had to pull the tweezer arms to make the space wider, but it works fine for this old man.

Thank you for the suggestion of using the waterproof tape!

Refer to the discussion on ball sorting/reset system, in which a device (elaborate “straw”) is shown that would certainly help.
