So while just playing around with the pieces and seeing what resulted I managed to get it to create a fun repeating pattern, but I didn’t record my solution and I’m not even positive exactly what the pattern was. I believe it was something like:
BRBBRRBBBRRRBBRRBR…repeat
Essentially it starts out alternating every other color and then does two of each color and then three before working it’s way back down.
It’s possible that it was only changing numbers of the red balls - i.e.
BRBRRBRRRBRRBR…
I don’t think I was using any gear bits at the time and I feel like it had a cluster of three regular bits in a triangular pattern as the central component.
But so far I have not been able to recreate it, so I thought I’d post it here to see if anyone else can figure it out before me.
