I originally arrived at the same solution as @Samuel, but by rearranging the right-hand path, we can cross over two of the paths. Since the crossover then does the job of two ramps, this saves one part.

Great work as usual, but I just want to point out that this starting position works for Samuel’s solution, but not yours. The top bit of the counter on the right side should be facing the other way:
