I like to make life easy for myself and make it as simple as possible to reset my layouts so I can run them again - either because something went wrong during the run, or just to watch it working. So I prefer to have all my bits facing the same way to start.

Aside from that, there’s nothing terribly special about this one - blues 2, 6, and 14 trigger reds; the third red is intercepted; everything else triggers another blue.
