Puzzle 58: 31 parts, with gears

Mine isn’t as elegant as y’all’s, but I figured I would post it anyway.

It uses a similar general approach to Paul’s, but mine doesn’t have the nifty use-gear-bits-to-give-access-to-the-next-power-of-two approach that Paul’s does. But mine uses fewer parts, and fewer gears, and fewer crossovers. But I didn’t get anywhere near the great no-gears approaches that Lode and Samuel used.
