What are people’s views on solutions that require altering the position of an optional piece between running each example?
My Mr9yr just completed puzzle 34, but did it in a way the required him altering position of an options bit. His obviously not altering it once the TT is in motion.
The objective only talks about the position of the starting pieces.
The solution listed in the book shows it completed in a way which doesn’t require any change between the 4 runs, but obviously ‘multiple solutions’ exist.
It’s just two different problems solved by different algorithms.
